Oh. My. God. I HATE those! What's with the self-assessments? I mean, if it's an employee performance review, THEY should be reviewing ME? And who answers those questions honestly anyway? "Yeah, I didn't do so well on the Peterson account. I probably don't deserve a raise this year." I swear, busybody human resources drones come up with these things just to give themselves something to do.
